The TFLB Kit 10 Universal Bell Crank kit is designed to replace many motor applications where a push-pull movement is used move a damper blade, including many chain drive systems.
Base kit includes:
TFLB kit 10 instructions
Belimo TF Motor and factory motor instructions
Cradle bracket, cross screws
1/2 x 6 inch cross shaft
Bell Crank and ball joint
Note to the installer:
- 200F maximum temperature rating. Do not use to control UL regulated combustion exhaust air streams where life safety issues exist, these require purpose built “flue” type dampers
- Motor may be mounted orange of gray side up to reverse rotation.
- Bell crank shaft may exit on either side of motor.
- Bracket, motor, bell crank, and ball joint may be mounted in any orientation needed.
- No polarity exists on the two power wires on 24vac models, see motor instructions for other detail.
- Shaft may exit pre punched hole in cradle bracket or be mounted as shown in picture
- Do not over tighten cradle bracket machine screws.
- Note travel limiting block on motor, use this block to stop motor from putting excessive force on part being moved.
- This is a universal kit designed to work as a replacement in many applications, and some level of modifications and field engineering may be necessary.
