Fitted with the very durable and versatile Belimo LMB24. This actuator will operate with zone controllers as well as in "Slave Zone" set ups (directly to a thermostat or switch) without the need for a relay. The motor will not get hot to the touch like its closest competitor. It also has a convenient switch to reverse movement (if you get the wiring backwards). Actuator will produce 45 Ibs of torque and can handle up to 2" W.C. Actuator carries a 5 year warranty. The damper is galvanized steel with a bronze and nylon bushings for easy movement and long life.
